The room was quite nice, very confortable and with everything needed.

At breakfast, the coffee machines were not functioning properly, resulting in bad coffee. Additionally, the cups and dishes provided were too small for a satisfactory breakfast experience. The hotel is old and needs updating.

OK so breakfast was one of the most dismal expériences in a HILTON EVER, I am not fussy but the food was just bad. Needs à serious look into. Coffee from the machine was at best à brown stew, bacon was hard and tasteless, bread selection for France was poor quality. Staff where pleasant.

I had to pay 100 euros deposit on top of the staying fee when I arrived there. They will deduct car parking, restaurant and breakfast fee from this 100 euros when I check-out, of course it will be reimbursed if I don't use any. but it would be nicer to be reminded before booking. I was surprised how expensive.

Comfortable stay in Strasbourg.

We went to the candlelight concert at the castle in the parc l'orangerie. It was only a few minutes away, so it worked out great for us.

I don't know how I got a handicapped room. Probably did not pay attention on the reservation. Ordinarily I would ask for the change, but I was in a hurry to get to the concert. It would have been nice, if someone at the reception mention to us that we were getting handicapped room since no one in our party was disabled.

The hotel is within walking distance from the European Parliament and therefore a good choice if you don't want to take public transport in Strasbourg.

Expected the hotel to be more 'Hilton'ish'. Now it is a rather old building with rather unimpressive rooms where you won't find many things, e.g. a shoe spoon, mains socket in the bathroom, etc.

Good for a short business stay, but not longer.

Room was large and the bed very comfortable. Bathroom was spotless and the towels a good size. Staff are also courteous and helpful.

Food in the bar was really not up to 4* standard - tasteless and unappealing. The decor needs to be updated - it felt very old-fashioned and heavy. Also, as a small person, the shower head is fixed far too high and not adjustable which causes me problems.

Comfort and facilities OK. For the rest they are as good or as bad as others. Breakfast horrible.

Room: Had enough space and was clean and comfortable. Bed: Was comfortable.

Breakfast: Was horrible. The constitution, presentation, replenishment were bad. Bacon swimming in oil. Rösti Potatoes sticking to plates, croissants & jam ran out and were not getting replenished. Never seen boiled eggs being kept in ice so far in my life. Cleaning staff took our plates away while we were eating as the time was getting over. One guest late for the breakfast was shown the door. The door to the room where the breakfast was kept was locked at 10:00 am. The guest begged for a glass of juice and got it plus a coffee. This kind of behaviour speaks very negatively about HOSPITALITY. I have travelled and lived in 29 countries over the past 40 years and also lived in Seoul, Korea for 15 months and 5 years in Singapore. I was a H Honours VVIP Premium as I literally lived at Hilton Seoul for 15 months. In India and in the Far East - Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Korea the people know the meaning of the word HOSPITALITY and treat their guests appropriately. Here the staff is either ignorant or uncaring. I know the hotel chain and some of the standards that I am used to were followed here. But there was a lot of difference in all other matters personal and personal care.

The rooms where very comfortable , air conditioning was a bonus.

WiFi was not good. Breakfast was very poor and dissapointing, the hot breakfast was cold, the bacon was very tough, the coffee was not good at all. No staff to direct us when we entered the breakfast room. We expected more from the Hilton, perhaps the restaurant manager should put themselves as a user to see how inefficient the service is. Best Western was much superior on the previous night and had only 3 stars. I hope you take this as constructive criticism and be proactive with the aforementioned issues.

Good location, close to highway and to tram station. Large parking.

This hotel is good but little bit outdated. For example some reconstruction of bathrooms and elevators is needed.

The hotel is for mass tourism, groups etc. It is a tired hotel with a small breakfast area which is crowded. However, the price was relatively low so it was a good value for money. The Parking is very convenient.

You cannot underestimate the value of a good night’s rest

The beds are so comfy and the pillows and linen incredible… the room was stylishly decorated and a typical hotel I used to stay in for work. As a family stay, we were very comfortable. When we arrived, our room had two singles pushed together with a king mattress topper. I called to ask for a proper king and the manager responded immediately. We also had a 3rd bed added to the children’s room and and all was done when we arrived.

The boom-gate cannot be opened from reception which is a massive problem when you have an apocalyptic storm and a right hand drive car. We called reception to open for us but they didn’t explain and I had a second shower, a useless wet qr code and was pretty annoyed. Other than that, we had no complaint.
